The LIPS Healthcare Clinic will offer diagnostic tests, physiotherapy sessions, minor procedures, private GP appointments and walk-in consultations with specialists, in addition to other services.
Paul Culpan and Ibraheim El-Daly, co-founders of LIPS Healthcare, said: “Whilst touring the power station in our hard hats during the restoration of the building, the energy inside this legendary London landmark was extraordinary. Witnessing the remarkable transformation of the wider area, it was clear, that this new riverside neighbourhood would become London’s most exciting destination with a thriving, vibrant community at its heart. We are proud to be part of its history, delivering innovative access to healthcare with our team of leading London consultants, focusing on wellness, early diagnosis, and treatment whilst providing patients with a unique experience.”
Sam Cotton, head of asset management at Battersea Power Station, added: “Throughout the restoration of the power station and following its opening in October 2022, we have proactively sought feedback from local residents on what they would like to see open at this new town centre. A pharmacy and healthcare clinic has always been very high up on the list and we’re delighted to be working with the LIPS team to bring both of these to the power station.”
