Redical has bolstered its senior leadership team with two key appointments.
The company, which owns and operates Victoria Leeds, The Liberty Romford and Clayton Square in Liverpool, has hired Rachel Bradburn and Oliver Lloyd as leasing directors.
Bradburn (pictured), who was formerly retail leasing manager at Hammerson, has been appointed leasing director for Victoria Leeds and Lloyd – who joins Redical from Battersea Power Station where he was senior leasing manager – has been appointed leasing director for The Liberty Romford
Redical has also recruited Javeria Hussain from Redevco and Daniel Tucker from Rivington Hark as asset managers.
Mikko Syrjanen, co-founder of Redical, said: “We want to enhance the places we own to create dynamic and meaningful spaces for the people that use them, and to position brands at the heart of each destination. To do that, however, requires an exceptional team, and so we are delighted to welcome Rachel, Oliver, Javeria and Dan to Redical. Each brings something different, but consistent across our entire team is the same passion, drive and commitment to creating, leasing and operating vibrant, thriving urban multi-purpose destinations.”
