Picton Property Income has let 8,100 sq ft to global data and analytics specialist Kagool at its Rum Runner Works office scheme in the heart of Birmingham city centre.
Kagool has signed a 10-year lease at the building, which was formerly the location of the iconic 1980s Rum Runner Nightclub. There is now just one suite of 3,200 sq ft available at Rum Rummer Works.
