Town Centre Securities (TCS) has let circa 7,000 sq ft of office space to fintech disruptor Amplifi Capital (UK) at 123 Albion Street in Leeds.
The building, which offers around 77,000 sq ft of office space, was comprehensively refurbished in 2021. It is located next to the First Direct Arena just a 10-minute walk from Leeds train station.

The latest addition leaves just 3,500 sq ft of available space, with TCS intending to provide a seamless ‘plug and play’ option for prospective tenants, ensuring a smooth transition into their new office.”
