Aviva Investors has acquired the 17,600 sq m (circa 190,000 sq ft) Zuiderhof II office building in the heart of Amsterdam’s central business district (CBD) for an undisclosed fee.
The building has an energy label rating of A, BREEAM in-use certification of ‘Excellent’ and holds the WELL Gold building standard.
The acquisition is Aviva Investors’ third in Amsterdam’s CBD this year, following the purchase of the FOZ building in March and the Vondel Portfolio in April, comprising of eight office assets.

Aviva Investors was advised by NL real estate Knight Frank and DLA Piper. The undisclosed seller was advised by JLL and Loyens & Loeff.
