ARC Oxford has secured planning permission to demolish seven buildings at the city campus and develop a new 105,000 sq ft state-of-the-art facility for the science, technology and innovation sector.
The Ascent scheme, which was designed by Spratley & Partners, will feature a rooftop lounge, wellness spaces, a gym and end-of-trip facilities.
ARC Oxford is targeting BREEAM Excellent and Fitwell certification for the scheme, construction of which is due to commence later this year.
