The Oxford Science Park has unveiled plans to refurbish the 23,088 sq ft Northbrook House to create flexible lab and write-up space for life science and technology companies.
The building, which was acquired by the park last year, will offer suites from approximately 3,600 sq ft up to the full building, providing options for growing companies and a single occupier seeking a self-contained headquarters.
The ground floor will provide 8,500 sq ft of fully fitted CL2 laboratory and write-up space and the two upper floors will be made lab-ready, shell and core, to support future occupier layouts and MEP requirements.
Yong Shen, director of The Oxford Science Park, said: “We work closely with our occupiers and understand what they need from their space. That insight informs how we develop and adapt buildings like Northbrook House, taking a flexible approach to deliver working environments that support a wide range of operational and growth requirements.”
