The retail and F&B space in The Royal Exchange in the City of London is now 96% full following a flurry of lettings.

Skincare specialist Dr David Jack has signed a 10-year lease on the 1,251 sq ft unit 22 for a new store and clinic, which will open this summer, and Rosslyn Coffee has signed a 15-year lease on the adjacent 843 sq ft unit 21.

Luxury footwear brand Horatio has taken its first bricks-and-mortar store at unit 6 on Cornhill and bespoke tailor Sartoria dei Duchi has signed for the remaining internal retail unit.

Andrew Hilston, managing director of The Ardent Companies UK, said: “It’s great to welcome these four new arrivals, and particularly exciting to see The Royal Exchange approach full occupancy as a result. With its range of luxury retailers, new dining concepts and exciting bars, it is increasingly the beating heart of the City of London, and a major driver of the Square Mile’s ongoing resurgence.”

Bruce Gillingham Pollard and Savills are letting agents on the retail and F&B space at The Royal Exchange.
