Town centre property consultancy GCW has recruited Jack Suiter from Brecker Grossmith to its owner team.
At Brecker Grossmith, he served as an agency negotiator in the commercial agency sector and prior to that he spent a number of years working for residential agency Realm Estates.
In his new role, he will work with GCW partner and head of the owner team Nick Warr and advise landlords on their shopping centre assets across the UK, with a focus on the South East region, including AEW’s Windsor Royal Station and Windsor Yards.
