Crosstree Real Estate Partners has completed a hat trick of lettings at its One Twenty King’s Road development in the heart of Chelsea.
Whole Foods Market has signed a 15-lease on a flagship 21,000 sq ft store, apparel, footwear and accessories group BasicNet has taken a 6,500 sq ft store and an unnamed corporate occupier has signed for 37,000 sq ft of office space across floors one to four of the building.
Crosstree acquired the former Kings Walk Shopping Centre in December 2019 and received planning consent in 2021 for a 84,000 sq ft mixed-use scheme offering retail, office and leisure space.
The Squire & Partners-designed development is now 75% let, with advanced negotiations under way for the remaining 19,500 sq ft retail unit.
James Clark, development director at Crosstree Real Estate Partners, said: “One Twenty King’s Road follows our One Berkeley Street development in Mayfair in bringing a high quality, highly sustainable mixed-use development to a prime London location. While the ground floor space has been designed to complement the existing strength of the King’s Road by attracting new brands such as K-WAY, Superga and Sebago, the significant volume of office space on the upper floors brings something different to Chelsea.”
Crosstree was advised by Savills and CBRE on the retail lettings and CBRE and Pilcher London on the office deal.Thomas Pain & Company represented BasicNet.
