Capital&Centric has secured planning consent for its Cannon Brewery scheme in Sheffield.
The development will see the former 4.2-acre Stones Brewery site in Neepsend transformed into a vibrant new neighbourhood featuring homes, creative workspaces, bars, cafés and green community space.
The first phase of the development will deliver 240 design-led apartments with the wider masterplan creating around 500 new homes and around 15,000 sq ft of commercial space for independent businesses, makers and creatives.
The on-site amenity provision will include a fully kitted-out gym, co-working spaces, residents’ lounge and a ‘mini cini’.
