AXA IM Alts has let circa 4,500 sq ft to Knight Frank in Building B at its Assembly Bristol scheme.
Practical completion of the 28,000 sq ft Grade A office building has just been reached and there is circa 23,000 sq ft of space available to let.
Assembly Bristol is a mixed-use regeneration scheme comprising 320,000 sq ft of flexible and smart workspace across three buildings, as well as cafés and public space.
