Avant Homes North East has commenced construction of a £38m GDV residential development in Acklam.
The Avenue, which is located off St David’s Way, will comprise a mix of 139 two-, three- and four-bedroom homes and feature 12 of Avant Homes’ house types.
The housebuilder anticipates it will release the first homes for sale in November of this year and the first residents are expected to move into their new homes in 2025.
