Homes England has appointed TOWN to deliver a new co-housing community in Northstowe near Cambridge.
The development parcel – plot 2D1 in the Northstowe masterplan – lies directly to the south of Northstowe’s future town centre.
TOWN is now in the process of assembling a group of future residents, who, through a co-design process, will help to shape the new co-housing community, which will include 40% affordable housing, in addition to a range of communal spaces and facilities.
Homes England is master developer for the final phases of Northstowe, with around 10,000 new homes set to be built in the town over the next 20 years.
