Bryt Energy has signed for 12,500 sq ft at Bruntwood SciTech’s Cornerblock building in Birmingham for its new UK HQ.
The renewable energy supplier is relocating its HQ to the building, which sits in the heart of Birmingham’s Colmore business district.
Bruntwood SciTech – a joint venture between Bruntwood, Legal & General and Greater Manchester Pension Fund – said an additional 8,000 sq ft of workspace is currently under offer or instructed since works completed at Cornerblock, leaving just 11,000 sq ft of space available to let.
