Placefirst has submitted a planning application for a new 165-home neighbourhood within the Riverside Sunderland Masterplan site.
Farringdon Row will comprise 67 houses and 98 apartments located amidst a network of open places. Placefirst intends to deliver a mix of one- to two-bedroom apartments and two- to three-bedroom houses for long-term rent.

The project team comprises local architects IDP Partnerships, development consultants Identity Consult, sustainable engineering consultants Cundall, landscape architects LUC and mechanical and electrical engineering consultants TACE.
