GCW has promoted Phil Fishwick to the role of director in the company’s owner team.
Fishwick joined GCW in 2015 and works with a number of high-profile clients such as Capital & Regional, Sovereign Centros from CBRE and numerous local authority clients.
GCW’s owner team advises property owners and stakeholders on retail-led assets in town centres and shopping schemes.
