Two businesses have taken office space at 49 Peter Street in Manchester.

Global software and services company Macro 4 has signed for the 2,424 sq ft sixth floor and building estimating services company Microbuild has taken the 2,705 sq ft first floor.

There is now just 2,900 sq ft of office space available to let on the second floor of the building, which is currently being refurbished to offer a fully fitted workspace.

Oliver Luckman, a surveyor in the office agency team at Savills Manchester, which represented the private landlord on the lettings, said: “49 Peter Street offers excellent connectivity being positioned off St Peters Square, and this benefits easy access to the wider leisure and retail amenities across the city centre.

“The building is going through some extensive improvement works and it is great to see the building filling quickly with these latest lettings. The remaining floor is being delivered fully fitted and we look forward to announcing further positive news soon.”
