Railpen has secured planning consent to redevelop Eastpoint Business Park in Oxford into a 200,000 sq ft life sciences campus.
The Scott Brownrigg-designed scheme, will comprise three four-storey laboratory buildings and a single-storey amenity building. The park, which is located two miles south east of the city centre, will offer space to suit a wide range of tenants and provide 55% CL2 laboratories and 45% offices to facilitate research and collaboration.
The redevelopment will also include enhanced public realm, prioritisation of pedestrian movement, active ground floors and high-quality public amenities, including a publicly accessible café and social hub.
