Rapleys has leased a new office on the second floor of 1-3 Upper James Street off Golden Square in the heart of London’s West End.
The letting follows the acquisition of West End specialist office agency and investment business Mellersh & Harding, with the teams from both companies relocating from their existing offices into the new 4,194 sq ft space.

We have also been growing strategically and our workplaces need to both underpin this investment and facilitate the best possible experience for our people and clients whilst being well-located and having room for further growth.
“Golden Square is the perfect location as it’s close to numerous transport hubs with a thriving restaurant and social scene, whilst the building itself provides features that our people value such as lots of natural light, bike storage, high quality showers and kitchens, well-designed layouts and a lovely outdoor space.”
