Allsop Letting and Management (ALM) has appointed Simon Wilkinson-Reilly as the company’s new head of residential asset management.
Wilkinson-Reilly, who has 15 years of property sector experience, was formerly director of asset management at Native Residential and prior to that he worked for Liv Group, Touchstone and Places for People
In his new role, he will provide strategic oversight of ALM’s asset management team as the company’s units under management reached 5,500 in 2024, with a projected pipeline of 12,000 units. He will be based in Allsop’s Leeds office and report into Matt Smith, ALM’s CEO.
