Land promoter Richborough has sold a 19-acre mixed-use development site in Market Weighton in the East Riding of Yorkshire to developer Danum Homes for an undisclosed price.
The site has planning consent for up to 120 new homes – 25% affordable, a food store and commercial, employment and community space, in addition to new dedicated green space.
Richborough secured planning consent for the site, which has an expected GDV of £50m, in February last year.
