Fabless semiconductor company Cambridge GaN Devices (CGD) has taken 3,950 sq ft at St John’s Innovation Park, in Cambridge.
Suzie Wood, investment property manager at St John’s College, owner of the innovation park, said: “St John’s College is committed to improving sustainability, so we’re particularly delighted to welcome Cambridge GaN Devices to the park, a company developing ingenious green solutions for everyday electronics, respecting our planet’s natural resources, and creating a more sustainable future for the generations to come.”
