HB Reavis has launched 20,000 sq ft of flexible office space at its newly developed 140,000 sq ft Worship Square scheme, which is located at the intersection of Shoreditch and the City of London.

The flex space at Worship Square comprises fully-managed and all-inclusive ‘ready to work’ space on the building’s ground floor and 16,000 sq ft of all inclusive co-working space. Both options are available for immediate occupation.

The 2,500 sq ft fully-fitted, managed and tech-enhanced ‘ready to work’ office has been purpose-built to help companies manage hybrid work styles. Businesses using the space benefit from a dedicated arrival area and access to the building’s full range of amenities, which includes a business lounge, fitness studio and 3,500 sq ft roof garden.

The building is also home to HB Reavis’s HubHub co-working offer. HubHub members have access to flexi-desks, self-contained private offices, meeting rooms, boardrooms, an events auditorium and programmed community events as part of an all-inclusive membership.

Worship Square has net zero carbon status, an EPC A rating and has a certified ‘Design Reviewed Target Rating’ of 5* NABERS with the potential to enhance this to a 5.5* NABERS rating. HB Reavis is also targeting BREEAM Excellent for the development.

Louise Ioannou, UK head of workspace at HB Reavis, said: “We are extremely proud to officially launch our flex office space at Worship Square. The completed building encompasses all our ambitions and collective strength to deliver a future-focused workplace which welcomes people together and inspires an authentic sense of community. The opening of HubHub also demonstrates our commitment to creating a working environment where businesses of all sizes can thrive and grow – whether starting out or scaling up.

“We have worked hard to deliver workspace that not only accommodates new work and lifestyle patterns, but that is also actually good for our health and wellbeing. This has been the golden thread to our design process and the ongoing management of the building to nurture our growing community.”

Ryan Jakes, development manager at HB Reavis, added: “Today is such a pivotal moment. It has been four years since we acquired this site. Through strong alignment with our designers, funding partners, contractors and occupiers, we’ve found innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce embodied carbon to set a new standard for the office market. More so our amenity-rich offering empowers employees to look after their own experience and wellbeing as we want Worship Square to offer so much more than simply bricks and mortar. We want Worship Square to be a lifestyle choice for businesses of all sizes.”
