A landmark restaurant property in Bottesford, Leicestershire, has hit the market with a £1.25m price tag.

The site at 1&3 Market Street, which has been operating as Paul’s Restaurant since 1999, will be offered on a vacant basis.

The property comprises a collection of 19th century, two-storey buildings which occupy a site extending to approximately 0.26 acres.

The ground floor houses the restaurant areas, a lounge, wine lounge and a kitchen, with a self-contained three-bedroom flat situated on the first floor. Adjoining the restaurant is a self-contained four-bedroom house.

Victor Ktori, from Savills’ commercial agency team in Nottingham, which has been appointed to market the opportunity, said: “This is an exciting opportunity to acquire a popular restaurant property in a prime location within Bottesford. The property has development potential and so we expect a range of interest from owner occupiers to potential developers.”
