Eagle Street Partners has let 6,124 sq ft to telecommunications company Lightspeed Group at the WestPoint office scheme in Peterborough.
The company will occupy Suite 2B on the ground floor of the newly refurbished 177,621 sq ft building.
The amenity provision at WestPoint, which is located four miles west of the city centre on Lynch Wood, includes an on-site café operated by CH&Co, a gym and sports hall and concierge services.
Edward Gee, director in the commercial agency team at Savills Peterborough, which alongside joint agent DTRE represented Eagle Street Partners on the deal, said: “We are delighted to have successfully completed the letting at WestPoint on behalf of Eagle Street Partners. The offices at the property have been refurbished to a high standard and its premier location offered Lightspeed the perfect space.”
