MAPP has been appointed to manage the commercial element of the One Crown Place mixed-use scheme in the City of London by asset manager Green Place Partners and Malaysian investor MTD Group.

Designed by KPF, the asset comprises two newly constructed towers providing more than 100,000 sq ft of office space, three ground floor retail units totalling 7,000 sq ft and 246 residential apartments on the upper floors.

Adjacent to the towers sits a self-contained 25,000 sq ft office building with shared amenities and a five-star, 41-room boutique hotel operated by Bespoke Hotels. The asset is jointly managed by LRM, which is responsible for the residential delivery.

Louise Bonham, chief executive officer of MAPP, said: “One Crown Place joins our diverse portfolio of mixed-use assets, including London Bridge City and Spitalfields. This appointment reflects MAPP’s expertise in delivering bespoke property management instructions that meet client needs, enhance occupier experience and drive operational efficiency across prime London mixed-use developments.”
