Glenbrook has submitted a planning application for a new 44-storey residential tower in the heart of Manchester city centre.
The developer has submitted a detailed planning application for the delivery of 364 apartments in addition to 7,750 sq ft of internal and external active space at ground, first and second floor levels, following a positive response from public consultation events.

Tony O’Brien, partner at Sheppard Robson, which designed the scheme, added: “By opening up the site, we are creating vibrant public spaces and pathways that enhance connections across this part of the city. Subject to approval, Glenbrook intends to appoint a main contractor this year with a start on site scheduled for early 2026.
