CLS Holdings has let 4,711 sq ft of office space to Agility ECO at Chancery House in Sutton.
Agility ECO, which is part of M Group Services, is relocating within Sutton to the second floor of Chancery House on a new 10-year lease.
The 55,000 sq ft building was acquired by CLS in 2015 and has undergone a contemporary refurbishment programme.

The remainder of the second floor (2,163 sq ft), the newly refurbished part third and fourth floors (2,418 sq ft and 2,261 sq ft) and the 4,807 sq ft eighth floor are available to let at Chancery House. The joint letting agents are SHW and Chase Sinclair Clark.
