Construction services provider Munnelly Group has signed for 7,802 sq ft of office space at The Dock in Kings Langley.
The Dock, which is located close to junction 20 of the M25, was recently refurbished by Tristan Capital Partners and Alchemy Asset Management.
Munnelly Group is relocating its headquarters to the site from its current home in Harrow.
Guy Bishop, director at Alchemy Asset Management, said: “There is a shortage of good quality office stock in the north west M25 region. The Dock is an attractive building that has strong public transport and road connections and offers good ESG credentials, so is well placed to meet this demand as has been demonstrated with the two lettings to leading businesses.”
