Helmsley Group has acquired a mixed-use commercial scheme in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, for an undisclosed price.
The Grade II listed former coach house at 21-23 Hart Street, which dates back to the 17th century, stands within a private courtyard and is divided into a large restaurant currently leased to Zizzi Restaurants and two self-contained courtyard offices providing more than 7,500 sq ft of internal accommodation.
