Flexible workspace provider Runway East has committed to a 15-year lease renewal on 47,000 sq ft of space at Grosvenor’s Bristol Bridge scheme at 1 Victoria Street.
Located in the heart of Bristol’s central business district, the building provides newly renovated co-working and private offices, breakout spaces, meeting rooms, a private roof terrace and a riverside café and bar.
As part of the renewal agreement, Grosvenor and Runway East will work together to undertake further environmental and amenity upgrades at Bristol Bridge.
