Citu has secured a £18m development finance facility from Maslow Capital to fund the completion of a 87-unit residential scheme in Leeds.
The District Lofts development, which is located in Leeds’ Climate Innovation District, overlooks the River Aire in the city’s South Bank area. The scheme will comprise a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, including seven affordable units, when it completes in summer this year.
