Cowen+Partners has bolstered its team with five new hires. Mike Judd has joined the firm, which recently rebranded from Jo Cowen Architects, from Hawkins\Brown as an associate director leading living sector projects alongside residential-led regeneration schemes.
Cowen+Partners has also recruited Yee Wei Gan from Patel Taylor Architects and Kinga Ernt, who previously worked for GRID Architects and HKR Architects, as architects, and Abigail Yeboah and Meelad Faris have joined the firm as architectural assistants. Yeboah (pictured) joins from Hale Brown Architects and Faris has seven years’ experience as an architectural assistant.
Jo Cowen, CEO of Cowen+Partners, said: “Mike brings a wealth of experience in large-scale mixed use and residential projects, including for market sale but also build-to-rent, co-living and purpose-built student accommodation projects. It is these alternative residential sectors that we are seeing some of the highest levels of interest in among clients and investors. With Mike and the teams’ design experience alongside our professional advisory services and building regulatory framework (BSA) expertise, we are well placed to help clients maximise these opportunities in 2025.”
