Dorrington has pre-let 70,000 sq ft to existing occupier Brunswick Group at 15-23 Lincoln’ Inn Fields in Holborn, London.
The five interlinked buildings will undergo a comprehensive and sympathetic refurbishment designed to honour their heritage while accommodating Brunswick’s needs for modern office accommodation.
Brunswick has called the location its home for the past 30 years and has agreed a 15-year lease with Dorrington.

Philip Pearce, head of Central London agency at Savills, which acted for Brunswick on the letting, said: “We have been working with Brunswick on their occupational requirement for some time now.
