The Future Workplace Property Unit Trust (Schroders Capital) has let 6,513 sq ft to Alvarez & Marsal at 1 East Parade in Leeds.
The professional services firm will occupy the entire sixth floor of the 52,990 sq ft newly remodelled Grade A office building on a 10-year lease.
Completion of the letting brings 1 East Parade close to full occupancy, with only 1,442 sq ft remaining.
