AM Sci Tech – a subsidiary of Hurstwood Holdings – has acquired the former Weatherford site at Aberdeen Energy Park in Bridge of Don for an undisclosed price.
The site, which spans 7.23 acres, is located in the heart of the park and will be rebranded as The Horizon Centre.
Approximately half of the site houses a detached industrial unit extending to 22,005 sq ft and a substantial secure yard. The industrial unit features two-storey office space at the front. AM Sci Tech is currently evaluating options for the remaining 3-acre development site.
