OVO has agreed a deal to relocate its UK headquarters to CEG’s Crescent office scheme in Bristol.
The company has taken 22,894 sq ft of space across the entire fifth floor and a suite on the fourth floor of the recently refurbished building.
CEG is targeting BREEAM Excellent, EPC A and net zero carbon in operation for the building, which offers floor plates of 18,000 sq ft and can accommodate requirements of 1,600 sq ft upwards.
