Turner & Townsend has signed for 5,200 sq ft of office space at Elshaw House in Sheffield city centre.
The company is relocating from the second floor of 1-3 East Parade in Sheffield to the net zero carbon office development, which is located in the £470m ‘Heart of the City’ scheme. The NABERS 5* rated building offers 72,000 sq ft of office space across seven floors.
