BE News is delighted to announce that Siobhan Nagle will be delivering the keynote speech at our free-to-attend Spotlight on Data Centres event taking place on 26 March in London.
The Spotlight on Data Centres event, which is sponsored by ‘Hydrock, now Stantec’, Linesight and Tritax, will be attended by up to 80 leading figures from across the data centres sector and wider built environment industry.
During her speech, the managing director of Digital Infrastructure EMEA will draw on a wealth of experience gained from a long and distinguished career during which she has held senior leadership roles at major telecommunications companies (NTL, now Arqiva and Virgin), financial institutions (Anglo Irish Bank) and data infrastructure companies (Amazon Web Services, Equinix, Pure Data Centres Group). Nagle will also set out where she believes the key opportunities – and challenges – lie for the sector now prime minister Sir Keir Starmer has put it at the heart of the government’s growth agenda.
Her speech will be followed by a one-hour Question Time-style panel debate, featuring: Leah Holmes, associate director, smart energy and sustainability at Hydrock, now Stantec; Diarmaid Connolly, director, cost management at Linesight; Tim O’Reilly, director of strategic power at Tritax Management; Roelof Opperman, founder & CEO of CogNovum; and Brian Moorhead, grid services director at Advanced Electricity Networks. We will announce further panellists shortly.
The event, which will take place between 16:30 to 19:00 at insight-led strategic communications consultant SEC Newgate’s office at 14 Greville St, London EC1N 8SB, will also offer attendees the opportunity to network with some of the most dynamic figures from across the data centres sector and wider built environment industry.
