Amro Partners has submitted a planning application for The Press Works residential scheme in Sutton town centre.
The redevelopment will comprise 312 build-to-rent (BTR) and 195 co-living homes, 35% of which will be designated affordable. The on-site amenity provision will include co-working space, gyms, a children’s play area and a community hub.
The scheme will retain and repurpose 56% of the existing structure delivering significant embodied carbon savings.
