Scarborough Group International (SGI) has acquired the former Younger Building in West Edinburgh from clients of OakNorth Bank for an undisclosed price.
The 89,863 sq ft, six-storey building was originally constructed in 1999 for NatWest Group.
The vacant property offers a prime opportunity for redevelopment into a modern, high-quality workspace and SGI is now working closely with its design team to refine and finalise plans for the building’s transformation, with a view to commencing on-site works in the summer.
