British Land has secured planning approval to redevelop Euston Tower, which is located at its Regent’s Place campus in London’s Knowledge Quarter, into sustainable workspace.
The 31-storey tower will offer 19,000 sq ft floorplates, 360-degree views across London, terraces and shared amenity spaces.
The plans also feature 4,000 sq ft of restaurant and café space and 8,000 sq ft of enterprise space for local entrepreneurs and start-ups.
Designed by 3XN GXN, Adamson Associates and DSDHA, the circa 560,000 sq ft redevelopment will retain 31% of the original structure of the 1960s-built building and British Land is targeting BREEAM Outstanding accreditation for the all-electric scheme.
