Olympic medalists Rebecca Adlington OBE and Steve Parry MBE have appointed Stärka to provide strategic consultancy advice on the rollout of their swim! concept.
The learn-to-swim provider was founded in 2017 and currently operates 12 sites around the UK and across 16 schools and universities.
Swim!, which provides swimming lessons for children aged 0 to 11 years, is looking to grow to 24 sites by 2028.
The company is seeking sites of 5,000 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft in highly visible and easily accessible locations serving a catchment population of at least 100,000 people within a 15-minute drive.
Adlington said: “Swim! was created to fill a gap in the market, providing child-led swimming courses in exceptional facilities with a consistency that is new to the sector. Having established the business in a number of leading locations, we are ready to expand and Stärka is the perfect partner. They have the reach, the resources and the reputation to help take swim! to the next level.”
