What are your key considerations when choosing an internet or broadband supplier? At which stage in the build process do you require internet connectivity? When do you implement internet connectivity for your residents, staff and visitors?
These are some of the key questions leading provider of managed internet and guest broadband services Wifinity is asking in its ‘2025 Connectivity Survey’, which is being conducted in partnership with Ruckus Networks and BE News with a view to gauging connectivity needs and expectations across the industry.
With connectivity high on the list of resident requirements, Wifinity and Ruckus Networks are looking to understand industry requirements across the property lifecycle – from new build through to the asset management of built stock.
The survey is open to developers, managing agents, contractors, facilities directors and other third-party businesses involved in property development and aims to gauge industry thoughts on the importance of connectivity on construction sites, the benefits of connecting corporate and operational functions and what tenants are looking for.
All survey respondents will be entered into a prize draw where they will have the chance to win a mixed case of wine. The winner will be drawn randomly once the survey closes.
