Bidwells has launched a dedicated land and development department to enhance the firm’s existing residential development service offering.
The new department, which will be led by Bidwells partners Mark Buddle and Neil Kelly, will offer a comprehensive suite of services, with a focus on greenfield development and strategic land.
In addition to agency and strategic development advice, the team will provide guidance from site identification through to development viability, implementation and exit strategies.
