Healthcare communications business Lucid Group has signed for 7,721 sq ft of workspace at Global Holdings Management Group’s Twenty Two Upper Ground office scheme on London’s South Bank.
Lucid has agreed a five-year lease on the space for its new London headquarters. Twenty Two Upper Ground, which is part of the wider Sea Containers development, offers 62,258 sq ft of workspace spread across eight floors.
