Grosvenor has completed a flurry of food and beverage (F&B) leasing deals across Mayfair and Belgravia.

Following the success of its Soho site, burger brand Supernova has signed for a 2,971 sq ft unit on North Audley Street and Parisian brasserie 74 Duke has taken a 3,250 sq ft site on Duke Street. Both brands are owned by BVC Hospitality.

Existing occupier Popina is tripling its floorspace to 1,500 sq ft and moving to a site on Weighhouse St following strong performance at its current site.

In Belgravia, La Bistrot Collection is opening a new bistro concept called Café des Lilas on Motcomb Street and Workshop Coffee is also opening a flagship café and barista training venue across two floors.

Joanna Lea, retail director at Grosvenor, said: “We’ve been actively broadening the dining offer across our London portfolio, so it’s fantastic to see ambitious operators choosing Mayfair and Belgravia to grow their brands. It reflects the strength of our neighbourhoods and the long-term partnerships we’ve built with occupiers who are expanding, evolving, and continuing to thrive in our spaces.”
