Avison Young has appointed Jason Hardman from CBRE as head of valuations, UK.
Hardman spent 20 years at CBRE, where he most recently served as head of the UK living sector. He previously led its loan advisory valuation business and, for several years, its living sector valuation team.
In his new role, he will lead Avison Young’s UK valuations division, advising clients across lending, investment and development, while continuing his work on professional standards at a number of leading industry bodies.
