Joint venture partners Peabody and Mount Anvil have secured planning consent for the third and final phase of the Friary Park estate development in Acton, West London.
Designed by HTA Design, the updated plans for the third phase of the scheme will comprise 693 homes, 148 of which will be affordable, a new 450 sq m community centre and improved public realm.
The plans take the total number of homes across the wider development to 1,345, 470 of which are affordable.
